till then, you can experience it offline and understand its working thoroughly. it would be interesting to see if mihoyo legalizes the private server soon or not. however, i believe it is a very dynamic mode that you must try at least once. the private server in genshin impact has its own pros and cons.of course people can just trace ip but i do wonder if mihoyo cares that much. assuming its that one, if you're using a private server, you're probably also be using non official accounts anyways which doesn't trace to your main account.
